Refund Policy
We offer authentic retail barcodes at a fixed price that can be used in most retail stores worldwide. Once we assign a barcode, we cannot reclaim and resell it to other customers. Thus, we cannot provide refunds for any random cause. Nevertheless, we may consider refunding your payment in specific situations.
- If you discover a store that we don’t list on our barcode acceptance page, that won’t accept our barcodes (and are able to provide written statements from the store regarding this), then we will consider refunding the amount paid, provided you contact us within 3 weeks of your purchase and you sign up to GS1 in your country (and show us proof of your GS1 membership).
We won’t refund if:
- You may be anticipating barcodes with your country code, but it’s not mandatory. We state on our website that our barcodes start with either ’07’ or ’06’ in various locations, including in our FAQ page, our Buy Barcodes page as well as implicitly with the images displayed on the home page. We don’t represent anywhere that our barcodes begin with your country code.
Note – Barcodes associated with refunds will be labelled as prohibited for use on products on the online databases.
